The Renewal Process
Subscriptions run from 1 January to 31 December, although a three-month period of grace is allowed for members to renew. At the beginning of January, those members whose subscriptions have expired are sent an email to that effect and inviting them to renew. Reminders are sent to those who have not yet renewed at the beginning of February at the beginning of March. At the beginning of April, those who have still not renewed their subscription cease to be members and are informed of this by a further email.

La procédure de renouvellement
Les adhésions MGF s'étendent du 1er janvier jusqu'au 31 décembre; toutefois une période de grâce de trois mois est accordée afin de donner aux membres suffisamment de temps pour renouveler leur adhésion. Début janvier, un mail est envoyé aux membres concernés que leur adhésion est arrivée à échéance en les invitant à la renouveler. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas renouvelé leur adhésion, un premier rappel est envoyé début février et un deuxième rappel est envoyé début mars. Début avril, les non-renouvelants sont informés que leur adhésion est devenue caduque.
Cette page gère la procédure de l'envoi aux membres des avis de renouvellement, les rappels et les avis d'annulation d'adhésion.

Member Profile
This page displays a member profile, both their personnel information and MGF management information
Change the profile
There are few restrictions as to what you can enter but remember that items marked with a red asterisk must always be present. If you try to remove any of these, you will see an error message and the previous value of the item will be restored. When you have made all the changes that you need, click ‘Submit’. The changes will be made and the changed profile will be displayed.
Whenever this page is used to change a profile, the member concerned will receive an email showing the new profile.
To return to the list of members, click 'Return' at the bottom of the page.
To return to the Member Area home page, click 'Return to member area'.
To remove a member, click 'Delete this member' to start the deletion process. Detailed instructions will follow.
Le profil du membre
Cette page affiche toutes les informations qu'un membre a fournies à MGF ainsi que la durée de son adhésion et le statut de son adhésion.
Modifier le profil
Il y a peu de restrictions quant à ce que vous pouvez entrer mais souvenez-vous que les articles marqués d'un astérisque rouge doivent toujours être présents. Si vous essayez de supprimer l'un d'entre eux, vous verrez un message d'erreur et la valeur précédente de l'élément sera rétablie. Lorsque vous avez effectué toutes les modifications nécessaires, cliquez sur "Soumettre". Les modifications seront effectuées et le profil modifié sera affiché.
Chaque fois que cette page est utilisée pour modifier un profil, le membre concerné recevra un courriel indiquant le nouveau profil.
Pour revenir à la liste des membres, cliquez sur "Retour" au bas de la page.
Pour revenir à la page d'accueil de l'espace membre, cliquez sur "Revenir à l'espace des adhérents".
Pour supprimer un adhérent, cliquez sur "Supprimer cet adhérent" pour lancer la procédure de suppression. Des instructions détaillées suivront.
